Federal Judge & ACLU aid terrorism!
Well, it would seem that the Islamic Fundamentalists are laughing and dancing about this latest bit of news out of the US:
Today, a Detroit-based Federal Judge who was appointed by the big appeaser of them all, Jimmy Carter, has struck down the NSA wiretap program as unconstitutional stating the First and Fourth Amendments to the US Constitution. It appears that neither the judge nor the ACLU understand either the Constitution or the technology behind the NSA wiretap program. Let's see if we can help them understand both issues.
First, this is the same wiretap program used by all Presidents including Mr. J. Carter, the hypocrit himself, to scan the airwaves for "telecommunication word patterns." Now what does this mean? Well, a computer does the scanning, so no one is eveasdropping since according to the Webster dictionary it takes a person listening to be called eveasdropping. When the computer finds words of interest such as "bomb", "bridge", "kill", "explosives", etc., the computer then makes a note of the channels and forwards the channel info, not the content, to a human analyst for further clarification. If the analyst makes the determination that the "word patterns" are significant, he/she can then make a recommendation to have the FISA court procedure begun. This is all without the human analyst knowing anything about the content or the parties to the conversation. Only the lawyers going to the FISA court know the who, but still don't know the content. This is the program that these psuedo-intellectuals have gotten declared unconstitutional today.
Second, I would now ask that this judge, her family, the ACLU board of directors and their families fly from the US to the UK and back again in about 3 months when this program is halted. While I do not wish harm to anyone but those that want to destroy my way of life, I would love to see their faces when they have to realize that the programs that they have just gotten declared unconstitutional due to their ideology and hatred of the current US adminstration have put their lives in danger. Unfortunately, it will not be these people that pay the price for their short-sighted ideology. It will be others, truly innocents, that pay the price just like it was not the Chamberlains of Britian in the 1930's that paid the price for their studipdity in trying to appease the Nazis.
Finally, when will this world wake up and realize that the Nazis of the 1930-1940's don't hold a candle to the Islamic Nazis of today. The Nazis of WWII were only political fascists, the Islamic Nazis today are religious fascists which are 10X worse. Couple this with the worst of the lot, Mahoud Ahmadinejad of Iran, whose goal in life is to bring upon the world its end, and you have a period of unrest and carnage like this world has never seen.
It will be the liberal appeasers that will ultimately get the world into the mess that is coming as they believe that you can "talk to these zealots" and get them to simply understand us and our views. The quickest way to make a conservative out of a liberal is to introduce them to the brand of hatred illustrated by these Islamic Nazis in the form of an abduction and torture session at their hands. Let's see if talking will change their minds as they "..make ready your strength,... to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies, of Allah..." Qur'an 8:60 and to "smite the necks" of the unbelievers, Qur'an 47:4.
Someday history will show that the world waited too long to deal with the Islamic Fascists that laugh when liberals try to appease them and thank Allah that they will one day be victorious over their enemies. Someday is coming very quickly.
